By creating an account or using ActorRankings, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our platform.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use ActorRankings, or 16 years old in the European Union.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to ActorRankings, including photos, bios, and credits. By publishing your profile, you grant us a license to display your content publicly as part of the ActorRankings platform. You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload.
You agree not to use ActorRankings to impersonate another person, upload content you don't have rights to, harass or abuse other users, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use the platform for any illegal purpose.
Star rankings are calculated automatically based on profile completeness and activity. Rankings are for informational purposes and do not represent an endorsement or assessment of acting ability. We reserve the right to modify the ranking algorithm at any time.
The AI Import feature generates profile content from publicly available sources. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before it is added to your profile. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
We strive to keep ActorRankings available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your profile will be removed from public view and your data will be deleted within 30 days.
ActorRankings is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or interruption of service.
